With a background in physical product design and years of hands-on production experience, I understand both the creative and operational sides of employee experience. I know how to take an idea and turn it into something real, thoughtful, and impactful. Using the tools and experience I’ve developed, I’m able to deeply understand needs and translate them into creative solutions that feel unique and intentional. From branded products to physical experiences, I design and deliver solutions that strengthen culture, improve engagement, and bring teams together.
